Being happy for others makes you feel happier on the inside. Envy distracts our attention from the connection we all have with each other.

We are jealous of others because we don’t feel good about our life, we must respect ourselves by developing our skills and remembering what makes us special By focusing on our positives.

We have all wished for Allah’s protection in times of danger.

As Muslims, we believe that nothing bad can happen to us unless Allah intends it, so we always raise our hands in prayer when we experience difficulty.

1- I seek refuge in the perfect words of my God from the evil of what he has created.

6- In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.

7- Oh Allah, I seek refuge in you from helplessness, grief, sadness, weakness, laziness, miserliness, and cowardice.

8- We seek refuge in God from the people of unbelief, polytheism, witchcraft, and misguidance.

9- “I seek refuge with Allah from damned devil.

10- Oh God, cancel the influence of the eye and envy.
